Customer Service

The customer service is awful. I spent around 50$ buying diamonds. I had my shields up. I didnt attack anyone. My shields were showing as being up. I was attacked 12 times. Lost a lot of resources. Contacted customer service and the only response I received was did I attack anyone. Wth? The same question over and over!
