Disappointed

I play this game everyday and spend some money in it. I figured if you want to be a top player thats what you need to do.
On June 12 while having an upgrade my game was erased. I wrote the developers and got no response until yesterday when they denied my request of having my game restored. Thats really unprofessional after I spent about 200$ improving my game. The concept is great, but the developers are out to get $$$ and dont care about the players. I thought games from China had improved but no.
